Description: Great singletrack, some short steep climbs, can be slippery, rutty and messy in early spring. Gets overgrown with blackberry during peak summer. Also open to hikers, so watch for peeps! Approx. 1 1/2 - 2 hours ride time for intermediate riders when conditions are good, can be 3 or more when wet. A nice roller that will get your heart pumping, a good ride and a workout.

Sweet trail with mud, roots, puddles, and some challenging short climbs. Dry's out in the summer and can be ridden pretty fast. Maintenance is not the best, and one needs to keep a close eye on black-berries and other vegetation (branches/grass) encroaching on the trail, if you are to get out unscathed later in the season.
I ride this trail once per week (minimum) all summer long before and/or after work.
Lot's of spiderwebs if you are first rider and can be very muddy when wet. Not too challenging as it follows the rolling hills around Hagg Lake. Plenty of opportunities to bail on the trail and hit the road, that circles the lake, if you get tired, or the trail is too wet/muddy. South side tends to be wetter and is more challenging. Seems easier to ride clockwise as you hit the slightly more difficult stuff earlier. Has some really nice short climbs and up to 10% grade. Easy to walk up for novices or beginners. My 9 year old son rode it on his BMX and just ran his bike up the hills.
Does have some tight sharp drop-off''s into the lake in some places so it can be intimidating in spots, esp. when wet.
Trail is either in tight or open Forrest areas, or open grassy vegetation. There are restrooms at all the parks (3-4) and water in some places. Great for a family all day ride with pick-nick areas every 4 miles or less. Not suitable for trailers.
