Mountain Biking The Rock

****   Add a review
#15 of 389 mountain bike trails in Wisconsin
#710 in the world

Fun, tight singletrack at a small ski hill.

Update 7/28/14 by jonmrtn:

Crystal Ridge is now The Rock sports complex since 2013. They transformed the hill into a short downhill course with some green, blue and black trails. The Rock sports complex is next to the Alpha trail which is still free and connects to the downhill runs if you choose to stay on into the woods. It's a great place to hone your skills if in the area.

Rider questions

Q: Has anyone been there as of lately? Have they marked anything yet?
A: We ride the alpha trail 2-3 times per week. Just last night we found survey markers on the south woods trail near Rawson Ave. My guess is that area is going away but I hoping they will work out additional trails to make up for the lost area which would be about 0.5 miles. The remaining alpha trail on the west side of the ski hill is still in great condition, well marked.

Q: Is it still open I heard it closed down?
