Description
Starts with a small slope down at the edge of the parking lot to a fallen tree, there is a one way ramp to a 1.5ft drop but it needs some maintainence on holding it down currently. The trail winds through the thick forest near some houses and streets and then comes through a park with water available. From there it is on and off some roads but gets to a part with a 8ft. wall that elevates the trail for almost half a mile.shortly after that, the trail hops back out on the road and if you follow that, it heads into another trail section that I had never seen and is relatively new.Nice singletrack with a loop around a body of water that I really couldn't see.Nice fun ride and good for a bit over 5 miles out and back. Not too terribly technical but you will find some roots to contend with.

Review: I am a beginner recreational rider and rode this trail today. I loved it. For a rider just starting out it's a very nice introduction to riding. I learned to handle my bike with this trail and learned more about dealing with roots, turns, and some other parts of trail riding. This trail is a perfect introduction for the beginner to become comfortable with mountain biking in Gainesville.

Review: Trail is now active with runners from nearby neighborhoods. Scenic trail with many options of exploring. Less of a singletrack trail and more of an extension to green acres park.

Review: This trail is more or less used as a scenic route thru G-ville. It has singletrack, double track and roads. Not much here. If you just starting out this would be good.

Review: This trail is nice if you are looking for a short ride. It is not very well marked and looks like it has not been maintained in a long time. Lots of downed trees. Overall pretty good for a short ride and it is close in town.

Review: Nice quick ride in the middle of Gainesville. Head out the back of the parking lot and take the first right on the trail…Some singletrack and in and out of roads, some roots in parts but not difficult by any means. If you just want a real quick 4-5 miles than it will serve its purpose.
