The first of the trail is pretty rocky and mostly uphil. At about a quater mile into the trail it splits up into two trails a 1 mile loop and 3 mile loop which meet back up close to the trail head. About half way through the 3 mile loop there is another split in the trail for another trail which is currrently being made and a sign that says it ends at the dam. Not bad trails for an area of Oklahoma that there really isn't many people that mountain bike.
