enter through park main gates, there is a fee - TOTALLY WORTH EVERY PENNY. Trails are 90% through beautiful forest. some good climbs, nothing tech and most is fast as you can go - but watch for other cyclists! There is a public swimming pool for after ride relax, and showers. Again a nominal fee. You can ride all of it in 6 hours or so. I added in a hike, too. Check out all the little Frogs!
