Review: Surprisingly fun for DE. I was sure that the mountain biking here would be pitiful, but was pleasantly surprised by the technicality of this trail. The down hills are okay, and the climbs are doable, but overall this is a nice trail which flows nicely and will bring a smile to your face. If you're in the area do not be afraid to stop by, you won't be disappointed by this trail. In my opinion this is an intermediate trail, not an advanced one. There are some very technical sections, but they aren't overwhelmingly steep. I ride here 2-3 times weekly and I see plenty of intermediate riders holding their own. My only point in saying that is, if you aren't an advanced rider, do not be intimidated by the "advanced" rating. Wear a helmet and make sure your brakes work and if you're uncomfortable with a section of trail, dismount and push for a while.

Review: Some of the downhill runs here are pretty epic. You definitely work for them however. Lots of climbing and a few tech climbs through some rocks. Had a lot of fun here.

Review: Road 10 miles here and at Woodlawn Trustees Trails. These two networks are easily combined. I printed off a map of sorts from gpstrailsource.com and rolled out. There is something for everyone here. No matter what route you choose, there is going to be at least some intense climbing. Beware on some DH sections; they may quickly turn into more than you bargained for.

Review: Had a blast yesterday evening. My Trek 950 beater handled the task but my novice skills sure did show. Going down the hill was awesome, coming back up was a challenge. You guys have done a great job here. I'll be back!

Review: This morning (11/5) was the first time I had been to Brandywine. What a nice park! The trails had a lot of rocky sections that were challenging, but even the sections that required walking weren't long at all. We encountered a handful of walkers, a few bikers and one runner. Everyone was really friendly. My one grievance is that it was difficult to figure out where where bikes aren't allowed. You would think those trails would be noted on the park map but it didn't seem like they were. At one point we rode to the park entrance and there was a sign that said 'no off road biking' so we went back to the area we had been previously. We also saw signs warning of hefty fines. Lame! I would recommend you park just past the Jewish Community Center on the street to the left of the trail head (can't miss it). I would take the first split to the right (or left) instead of going straight down the hill (like we did). The section North of that entrance was my favorite. Review: this was my first time coming to Brandywine, i must admit at first i was not impressed, i had heard allot about the trails here and didn't see what everyone was talking about, that was until i found these trails (i have no clue what the names are since i had no map) and fell in love very good combination of technical up/downhill with sections of fast downhill (not much). definitely coming back

Review: I just rode this trail yesterday. It is a beautiful trail. I only stayed on the eastern side of 92 but had a great time. some really nasty climbs, quick downhills, lots of challenging rocks near the Jewish Community Center trail head on Garden of Eden Road

Review: These trails are not closed. There are several parking areas at the park and the surrounding Woodlawn Trustees lands. There are some very fast, technical downhills leading to fairly lengthy stream crossings along with some SICK climbs full of roots, rocks and more. Some of these trails are most definitely "expert only". There is a descent that is probably 200 meters long at close to a 45 degree angle. One trail has a 100 yard crossing over a boulder field. Not as well maintained as some trails, but very fun with a dangerous edge that keeps you on your toes. There is a nice mix of woods and meadows and your legs will burn by the end of the day. Lots of big, steep climbs. Watch out for our big, giant, trail destroying friend, Mr. Ed. * Review edited 10/26/2009
