Description: The trail is mostly singletrack with a short stint on the road and crosses over several other roads. There is plenty of shoulder so you won't just pop out onto the road. At about the .7 mile point you will cross a small creek and the trail will T, take the left. At mile 2 you will cross a road and the trail will once again split. Go left here for the entire trail or straight to make a 4.5 mile loop. At 4.2 miles the trail will split again, go right downhill. At mile 5.2 the trail will come to a house being built get onto the road (Lakewood) and follow it to Bittersweet Rd, take right onto Bittersweet Rd. for about 200 meters. At this point you should see where you crossed Bittersweet at the 2 mile point. Take a left onto the trail and instead of going left at the split, go straight. Eventually you'll come back to Bittersweet Rd. Take a left and ride up to Carl's and back to your vehicle. There are several man made obstacles (jumps) to play around on if you follow these directions. Make sure you bring a spare tube if you are running tubes or a patch kit to fix any flats. There are several sharp rocks.

Tried to find this trail today with mixed results. There is a power station behind the firehouse with a very short section of very overgrown trail, but I couldn't find where it continued.

Funest ride yet. I am somewhat of a beginner and this trail was a blast. Hard to find and hard to follow at points but managed to find my way through the whole trail. No huge climbs so it was perfect for me. Some signage at trailheads would be nice but will for sure come back to this trail next time I am in the Ozarks. Don't forget to stop by Oz Cycles.. They helped me out a lot and got me on my way....

Great trail one of a kind in Missouri. This trail has many fun surprises that I haven’t seen on any other trails in MO. I have ridden the trail 3 times now and live 2 hours away, so it is worth the drive. The only thing is on my last visit the trails were hard to follow. I got off course and ran into some construction sites. Just bring an up to date map and you will be fine.

This is a wicked trail! LOTS OF ROCKS, ROOTS, AND MAN MADE SURPRISES! I went on a day with a steady drizzle and this trail does not get wet. Stop by the local bike shop on the strip, Oz Bikes, and they will clue you in on all the details.

lots of natural and man made obstacles. Tons of sharp rocks. First time out here I was on trail about 10 seconds and had a flat. Only flat I've had on this trail though. Make sure you stop by Oz Cycles on Bagnell Dam before you go if you don't know the trail. They have trail maps and will explain directions also. Tons of fun on this trail.
