Park Rangers were fantastic and helpful. Trail maps are at the lodge, make sure to go during the week if you can to do the Grand Gap Loop. Spent two days camping and riding out here. Time well spent.

We rode the Collier ridge trail in the pouring rain and given the conditions it held up better in the rain than any trail i have ever ridden. Nice rolling single track that most would call intermediate at most in difficulty. A couple creek crossings and a shortish "advanced" section that has some ups and downs and offcamber stuff keep it interesting but overall not overly physically demanding as there are no real major climbs. Nice down hill near the end after the ride on the ridge is a nice sendoff as well. Great for an hour or so ride but not an all day trail.* Review edited 1/8/2007

This trail info actually refers to two different trail, Duncan Hollow and Collier Ridge. Duncan Hollow is about 7.5 miles total with around 3 miles of that singletrack. It is some climbs and rolling woodsland. The better trail of the two is Collier Ridge with around 9 miles total and about 6 miles of that singletrack if you take the advanced segment. Collieir ridge has some good climbs, easy technical sections, nice ridge riding and a great downhill near the end. Also check out Grand Gap, which the park service just opened to mountain bikes July 2006
