Fantastic trail for the middle of Long Island. Trails aren't clearly marked, but they don't need to be because there are a ton. Tip: It's not that easy to get lost, but bring your iPhone just in case. If you download the MapMyRun app you can track your time mileage, and find your way back to the parking lot.

Great network riding. No markings but hard to get lost. Some nice technical stuff to be found here. Can connect easily to Nassau-Suffolk Greenbelt trail.

This is the first trail I learned to ride on ! Lived in Plainview and you can actually find free parking along the route. I was recently back and borrowed a friends bike to hit the trails again. It has improved so much more over the years.
