The A10 trail is a long loop when accessed from the Elkhorn Trail and Village to Village Trail on Beaver Creek. This is a great loop from Edwards with a long and steady climb that is rewarded with beautiful meadows of wildflowers and panoramic views at the top. I am not going to lie and will say the climb is a bitch and the hike a bike is work. The descent however into Homestead in Edwards is pretty sweet with slalom turns through glades of aspen and a steep luge type descent to the water tank. The descent does seem like it could and should be longer after all the work you put in getting there. Finish the ride with a frosty beverage on the E Town patio to really make it an epic.

One of my least favorite trails in Eagle County... Its a great workout, but overall the trail isnt much to write home about. The downhill doesnt have much flow, and during the summer you really cant get much speed going as the trail is invisible past 10 feet ahead. I would say great for the spandex heroes! Otherwise there are many more trails in the area that are more fun overall.

The double track is perfect to warm up on. The singletrack is fast and in the cooler trees. The hike-a-bike section is steep, but worth the view... and the downhill!
