I cracked the stem on my rear shock and brought my bike into their shop because the broken peice would not come out of the shock. The manager went out of his way to help me. The repair took longer than expected so he put a new shock on the bike while I waited for the shock to return from Fox. This was above and beyond what was expected. I had a big ride planned and this saved my trip. The shock returned from Fox and has worked perfectly since. The service was friendly and better than the other shops I have used in this town- all of which were good, this was just a step above the rest.

Being from out of town (Minnesota) I expected to be viewed a little different than the local riders. But when I went into the store I was greeted nicely and after talking about how I was from out of town and the types of riding I was looking for I was given great information on the local trails and all the things I should expect from these trails. They had informed me that they do group rides and it turned out to be on the day of my visit. I returned later in the day to do the group ride and I rode with a very experienced rider from the shop who was very knowledgeable about the trails and was very lenient on our skill differences. He delivered an exceptional experience and was able to bring me above and beyond the trails I rode by myself that day. It was such a great experience I wish I could thank them over and over again. Not to mention the brewery by the shop I should have bought him a beer. Thanks Pro Cycling, I will be returning to Colorado Springs soon.

I went into the store the other day and asked about the deals they were having according to their website. The sales guy just pointed and said "there's the bikes and the prices are on them" then he walked away. With that kind of service, I didn't bother to look and took my $$ elsewhere and bought two bikes!

This is by far the best shop in town. I went in there for some tubes one day and ended up buying my bike upgrade from them. The service is amazing and they will explain anything you don't understand. They remember your bike as much as they remember you and they always remember you. In short good people, good bikes, good service.

I was so pleased I bought my bike here. These guys give me the VIP treatment every time I step through the door. Dave and Brian are the best wrenches in town. Good product line and a great location adjacent to Ute Valley Park.

This shop really went the extra mile to take care of my bike after I took a nasty soil sample at Winter Park's terrain park. They worked extra hard to get me back on the trail in the least amount of time, and kept me updated on the status of my Intense the whole time. They carry a really good line of bikes as well. My best friend got his bike their and had equally great results. They have good prices on some higher end bikes as well.
