Cons: Resistance is on the weak side.
Recommendation: I bought this because i needed something cheap to train on. It works just fine as long as your not in good shape. Resistance is kinda weak and is not adjustable. Quiet operation as long as you buy a trainer tire to go with. Decent trainer.
