Pros: A great trail shoe for a good price. Supports both SPD and Crankbrother cleats. Has cleats to help dig in on hike a bikes

Cons: None that I can think of. They may not have the "qualities" of a $200 shoe, but I am not smart enough to know the difference.

Recommendation: The price I noted was an estimate based on memory. Looks like Shimano may not make this shoe any longer, but I see several on eBay and other online retailers. I bought on sale at REI. They've held up well for a couple of years and I have used both SPD and Crankbrother cleats with them.
