Recommendation: I finally took these out for a ride today, and I was beyond pleased with how they performed, compared to others I have used over the years. I have had multiple foot surgeries, so comfort is most important. With these, I never once thought about my feet or was bothered by foot pain. My Diadora's were difficult to set perfectly for use with my pedals, but these worked flawlessly.

We'll see how they go as far as time, but for now, they're great.
