Pros: sturdy and stiff with just the right amount of flex, love the mesh in the hot summer days, great vibram sole for the hike a bike situations
Cons: on the heavier side for the weight wennies..
Recommendation: these were perfect for me because I don't like the soccer cleat looking mtb shoes and I'm not a fan of the casual ones either, don't care about weight so that dont bother me none.
