Description
For 2007 the world renowned Impact has been redesigned for an improved fit

plus we managed to take a bit of weight out as well.

For the Impact 2 and Impact 2 mid, the collar and Raptor tongue patterns were refined, plus slingshot construction at the heel locks the foot down for a secure and comfortable fit from heel to toe.

Reflective silver accents will pop for all those rock star photo shoots. Action leather upper material for lightweight, all-season durability.

Pros: -typical 510 pedal traction
-extra foot protection around the sole area

Cons: -ugly
-slightly heavier than the Freeriders

Recommendation: These were my very first pair of 510s. I couldn't get over how ugly they were but everything else about them was great and typical of 510s.

Pros: Sticky, well made, comfortable, durable.

Cons: none

Recommendation: These shoes really do "stick" to the pedals. And they are very durable (lasting several years is not uncommon).

Pros: Exceptional shoes that are super sticky and stick exceptionally well to your flats. very light as well compared to Vans. Very comfortable by far.

Cons: Price

Recommendation: These are virtually the all out FR, DH, BMX riding shoes that work like they say they do plus more. Many riders I know wear them around everywhere because they are so comfortable & fit so good.

Pros: Super sticky and good traction if you have to hike-a-bike! A must for anyone who uses flat pedals.

Cons: None

Recommendation: If you use flat pedal get a pair; you just can't go wrong with these shoes. I own the mids and not the low version. Best mountain bike specific shoe ever!
