Cons: the front bolt can be a bit of a chore to get too to adjust the seat
Recommendation: Super light and stiff seat post, the all carbon structure holds up well. I would recommend this for the XC or trail rider but for fear of dammage I would stop short of saying its good for FR or DH. But for XC all the way.
