Pros: Smooth, not too heavy

Cons: No Lock out

Recommendation: Not bad, my first shock on my first Full Suspension frame. I'm not the lightest fella at 200lbs, and SRAM states that you should start with your weight in air pressure. After 2-3 rides, I do need to add a little air. This baby can take up to 300psi. No complaints, though. I have read that it is a tank, but would be real nice if it had a lockout, as I an sure my Jamis Dakar XCT would climb a little better.
