Pros: Easy to set up and get to the controls..I like the lack of a lock out. I like the independant hi and low speed compression as well as the ability to change the way the spring ramps up at the end of its stroke

Recommendation: A good shock for those who have eiher a FR bike or long travel trail bike. Due to the nature and ability to really control this shock I highly recommend this one for folks who are on the heavier side of the scale as well..
