Pros: Great taste. High nutrients. Not as dry and pasty as some other bars.
Recommendation: I like to eat these on the way to the trail and sometimes after. Easier to eat than some of the Clif bars if you dont have any fluids to wash it down. Chocolate Peanut Butter is the best I have tried.
Pros: Great taste, good nutrition, high protein, contains Omega 3 fats
Cons: Some of the flavors are gross.
Recommendation: I've eaten one of these a day for probably the last 10 years and they're my favorite "energy/health" type bars. Most of the flavors are really good, coconut being my favorite, and they deliver a couple hundred calories of pretty good nutrition and energy. Just the right balance of protein, carbs, and fats, including omega fats, good fats! Great before or after ride snack.
