Pros: Quick electrolytes, portable, light?, variety of flavors.
Cons: Taste (only some of them)
Recommendation: Very convenient to on you, all you need is water and a tablet and you got yourself 16oz of drinkage, now there is no carbs in these baddies so you won't be finding energy, just hydration. My only complaint is the taste on some of them, but you get that with ANYTHING that doesn't have sugar, right? I personally prefer the lemon-lime, almost similar to the lemon-lime Powerade. If you follow the recommended serving size, you get about 192oz from a tube. Which is 1 1/2 gallons.
