Pros: Doesn't taste bad.

Cons: Can be a little hard to dissolve.

Recommendation: When I raced 24 Hours of Moab this fall our team was sponsored by Hammer. I've never used a recovery supplement before, but they shoved this at me after I came in from laps, and, well, it works! no muscle soreness and I was ready to go for my next lap.
