Pros: Fast energy in a great tasting format!

Cons: Price

Recommendation: The strawberry-banana flavor is one of my personal favorite Gu flavors. Sweet but not too sweet and not too much banana, this jell rules!

Don't forget that these provide a super fast boost of energy to help get you over that hump in the middle of the ride... or throughout your entire ride.

Pros: Compact and easy to carry. Packs some good ingredients to keep you going.

Cons: Wish you could feel the energy working...Like crack

Recommendation: I buy bulk online so you get it at a discounted price
