Pros: Love the portability of the individual Gu. Just tape them to the top tube and grab and go.
Cons: Price. If you can find them cheap grab them up.
Recommendation: My favorite flavor. Sponsored by Gu so price isn't a huge problem.

Recommendation: Gu's in general are my favorite energy jell due mainly to their awesome taste. The orange flavor is no exception to this rule. If you like orange flavored stuff, buy these.
