Pros: Nothing.

Cons: Melt easily in hot weather.
Taste like stale malted milk balls infused with evil.

Recommendation: I have tried about every energy snack there is and these are just gross.

Pros: Flavor, consistency, satisfaction

Cons: Maybe just the price.

Recommendation: I love the chewyness & satisfaction that these provide! They are way more substantial than, say, an energy jell. I love the flavor too... very earthy, if that doesn't sound disgusting.

Pros: Packed with protein, protective shell, flavor, compact.

Cons: None so far.

Recommendation: I picked up a pack of these bad boys at my LBS. Each pack contains 10 pieces therefor you can control the amount of protein/calorie intake. They have 3 flavors out so far, peanut butter, chocolate, and chocolate chip cookie dough. Also being about the same size as any energy bar, you can store them in a jersey or your hydration pack.
