Easy to digest.
The leash thing sort of works sometimes
Cons: Sticky and messy when you;re done with the packet.
Recommendation: I have used these for years for myself and my kids. They taste good, are easy on the stomach and do what they advertise.
Recently I have switched to Hammer gel. They work about the same but I like the flavors better.
