- Stiff, especially for the weight
- Soaks up the big stuff with ease
- Graphics look fanastic, especially the Boxxer written on the side of the inner stanchion
- Price
Cons: - Basic model with minimal adjustments
- Adjsutment dials are torture on your fingers
- Seals need replacing after a couple of months
- Need to check oil levels
Recommendation: A great low model fork for the budget minded individual. You won't get all the bells and whistles but you do get the same Boxxer plushness.
A couple of areas of concern: You should check your oil levels before riding. From the factory mine was a little low. Also Boxxers are known to go through seals so as soon as you start to see oil on your stanchions its a good idea to replace them.
In the end the Boxxer RC really does stand alone. No other dual crown fork can compete with this good of performance at this reasonable of a price.
