Pros: Inexpensive, girthy, looks cool, great fork to slap on your old 26"HT bike, lockout works.
Cons: Takes a beating but bottoms out while doing it, I'm 155#.
Recommendation: It's a pretty simple coil fork, reliable for XC cruising. It's a little twitchy on your everyday root n rocks, but the simple spring travel is almost why I like it so much. For $130 or so (less now if you can find one) i'll give it 4 stars instead of 3. It's reliable, but it really is pretty basic. That said, it will absolutely be a solid upgrade for a dumper OEM fork on your old hardtail 26er.
