Pros: The Headshok has matured into perfection. The Structure Air Formed OPI Fatty Blades are beautiful on my Merlin Fat Ti. The air cartridge is higher volume which requires lower air preasure and you can really feel it in the ride. Dial the rebound adjust in to where you like it and forget about it. Once I got it dialed in I find myself taking more technical lines with more confidence than I did before.

Cons: Like I said before, the fork is perfection. What I don't like is that all I needed on my old fatty was new air seals, but they didn't carry the parts for the 70 mm anymore. So, I had to buy a whole new fork. However, it is a very nice new fork!

Recommendation: If you loved your old Fatty, you are really going to love this new one. I think it is the perfect fork for a XC Hardtail.
