Pros: Stays bright for full 2 hours. Durable construction. Cheaper than may alternatives that aren't much brighter. Provides plenty of light for night riding!
Cons: No charge-full indicator or shut off. If you leave the light plugged in for too long, you can damage the battery.
Recommendation: Great starter light. I picked it up a few years ago for my first 24 hour race and it performed superbly. Mine also came with a helmet mount which I've used exclusively. Charging is a little frustrating, but one of their reps at the race said to just leave it unplugged in until you can feel it get the tiniest bit warm, and then you know it's fully charged. I probably have over 100 hours of night riding in it and neither brightness or run time seem to have gone down. This is an excellent first light, and the the next thing on my list for night lighting is another one of these to mount on my frame so I'll have the shadows on the train to see that a helmet mounted light hides.
Cons: not enough light for our pace
Recommendation: nice starter light, you will soon want more and it will go in a drawer
