Pros: Light, works, breathes, sun visor (handy for branches in trails), comfortable.

Cons: Ear strap is a little odd sometimes.

Recommendation: Gets the job done at the right price. Your brain protection isn't a place to go cheap.

Pros: Not too heavy
Decent airflow
Adjustment system

Cons: Not the lightest
Not the best airflow

Recommendation: I used this helmet for a little while while saving for another. It has better airflow than others, but could be better. It is comfortable, but the pads and foam start to smell after a while. This helmet is a good entry helmet, but if you plan on riding often, save your pennies and invest in a higher end model. Also, like most helmets, this is designed for one crash, then you are to replace it.

Pros: Protected my head nicely in an off

Cons: Broke
Didn't help me get up hills quickly

Recommendation: Never ride Founainhead in VA while hungover. You'll end up like me. Off on the side of the trail after 1.5 miles, broken helmet, rashed up arm and banged up hip and legs. Still, the helmet did its job wonderfully and I don't have any lasting issues... lasting issues... lasting issues after the fall.

Pros: Color options, fit, style, price.

Cons: The Y strap that goes around your ear doesn't lay flush to your face it has a twist to it.

Recommendation: Great buy, as long as the strap doesn't bother you. Personally it doesn't bother me.

Pros: great helmet for the price. keeps me safe and cool.

Cons: None

Recommendation: If Eatin $hit a lot and my head is always safe. Best bang for the buck. I like it better than the FOX helmets

Pros: Great airflow, easy to get the perfect fit. Not sure if this was intended, but the helmet does a good job of keeping the sweat off my face.

Cons: None yet, although I haven't taken any serious hits yet, either.

Recommendation: Definitely a great buy. Fit and feel of a much more expensive helmet.

Pros: comfort, style, durability

Cons: none so far

Recommendation: great helmet for the price. has already had its share of hits while riding and has withstood the test.
