Pros: Good at insulating your noggin without being too bulky under the helmet. Added sweat band around the bottom of the hat keeps head sweat out of your eyes. Machine washable - nice!

Recommendation: Pretty sweet piece of software for cold weather rides. Not sure why they included a "reflective logo" - it's always covered up by your helmet!
