Recommendation: just changed out my 30mm riser bar for this 50mm riser. much nicer positioning and some tension off of my back. the price on this bar was great, it's super strong and its one of the shorter 50mm riser bars I found in this price point (685mm opposed to 710mm). great handlebars!
