Pros: Shifts quick, good price, very efficient.
Cons: On rough terrain, it bounces up and hits the frame which makes an awful lot of noise.
Recommendation: If you have problems with it hitting the frame, get a chain stay protector. Good derailleur for the money.

Recommendation: A great upgrade/replacement for entry level bikes. Just the thing if you have been riding a long time and just can't retrain your brain to rapid rise. Can be found for as cheap as $45.00
