Pros: Cheap.
Cons: Cheap looking. A longer cage than Shimano FDs which prevents it from fitting in between some bike frames' seat tubes and the rear tire. Sluggish shifting.
Recommendation: Be careful when purchasing this FD for your 29er bike as the cage length may mess you up. Fits all my 26ers well with no problems. Spend a little more and buy the model up or go with an XT FD which shifts a lot better.
