Pros: Lightweight, easy to install and maintain. Super solid and durable.

Cons: White looks hot when it's new but mine is quickly becoming gray/brown from dirt and grease.

Recommendation: If you ride a 1x9 XC rig you need one of these. Does its job, period, without any fuss.
