Pros: Lightweight and made of good materials. The quality of the the LG1+ is hard to beat. Adjusts easily and is easy to replace worn parts.

Cons: takes a bit of effort setting it up correctly

Recommendation: A nice lightweight yet tough chain retention device. The machine work is second to none and a lot of thought went into this unit. Very smooth running and virtually silent.

Pros: Very heavy-duty, reliable. Great bash protection. Reasonably light

Cons: None

Recommendation: This is a solid chain guide/bashguard combo that kept my chain in place consistently and was great for sliding my rig over large logs, rocks, et. all. This guide just does its job without any attention, and that's how I like it!
