Pros: Super Strong
Super Stiff

Cons: Heavy.
Mine was expensive when I bought it. Can be had on the cheap now due to new versions

Recommendation: This is a good bottom bracket, but I would pass it up for the x-type external bearings. The bearings are bigger therefore stronger. The x-type cranks also do not require a tool to pull them off.

Pros: The solidity of it, and the smoothness.

Cons: None really, its just somewaht different from other BB's in the same class as itself.

Recommendation: Great for anyone who needs a real heavy-duty BB.
