Pros: Good venting.
Excellent crash protection.
Comfortable.

Cons: Keep sliding down.
I Broke one of the plastic connectors.
Rivots popped out of the joint.

Recommendation: these have kept the skin on my knees and shins after numerous crashes. They aren't too hot like other pads but need to be readjusted and tightened every once in a while. Don't expect them to last forever.
