Pros: Ankle protection is good

Cons: Foot "plate" needs improvement or removed all together

Recommendation: Good support and protection for the ankle however the foot plate is something that i am not too fond of. If your using moulded footbeds it changes how they feel a bit. Also considerable time is needed to make the foot plate fit perfect.

Pros: Cheap insurance

Cons: nothing

Recommendation: Bought these after the big ring took a chunk out of my ankle. They have saved my ankles a few times since :)
