Cons: Had a nipple break after about 8 months of riding. I took it back to Performance and they fixed it for free but broken nipples are a sign of poor tire building technique. I believe these are machine built so you might want keep your eye on them.
While they aren't marketed as such, these are still not a light wheel so be ready to pull around some rolling resistance. At 1268g, it's a heavy wheel but you won't find many wheels listed for freeriding that aren't. ~2250g for the pair, front and back.
Recommendation: Like 8valvegrowl, I have a set of these, front and back. For the price, pair=$150 on sale, you can't beat them! Front wheel even comes with adaptors to make it fit either 9mm or 20mm axle. I use mine as a backup beater set of wheels and they take a pretty good amount of abuse. I use them on rough All Mt rides and I have taken a few 4 ft drops on them. As said above, I did break a nipple but the guys at Performance fixed it no charge since it was one of their wheels. Unless you are racing, you really can't go wrong with these.
